My expectations for Bakhtiari: He will play 1 quarter of football this season, knee will get inflamed, Packers will cut him in 2023, he will sign with the Vikings, and then he will return to Pro Bowl form. "Expect disappointment, and you will never be disappointed."

So more "coach-speak". Still non-committal from Bak and LeFleur. Not really news here. They've been saying the same thing all camp. We wont know until Sunday. As long as he's back at some point early this season we should be happy with that.

Bas, we're 20 months removed from Bak's injury. We're going to know in a few weeks if his career is actually over. But the Packers are going to give him every opportunity to earn his massive contract. None of this is Bak's fault but it's not impossible that he's played his last meaningful play.
I hope he holds together and gets a A Super Bowl ring
