  2. Good stream mate started playing the game due to your series. Noticed a few things that may help you out.
    You don't currently have the contract to import Expensive gifts so would need to be bought from NY Distro for now
    your HQ doesn't have the cleaner assigned to do any shifts
    HR Managers are a god send, they train your staff while they work which increases the customer footfall & Happiness
    In early game the Gift shops seem to have the bigger profit margin. My donut shop shits 7000 donuts a day working 24hr and still barely makes profit
    The trait 'Peaceful working environment' tries in with your happiness meter, below 50% any staff with this trait will get unhappy, recommend getting a TV from IKA for an extra buff. both TV and PC give your 25% for X hours, better the TV/Game Station the longer the buff
    Unless they waht loads of money, you can leave potential employees offers open and go back to them should you need more staff, saves having to pay the recruitment agency loads of money
    And finally as this one got me loads, when in a company in Biz Man, if the items on the right (whats in the shop) aren't green i think it impacts on all items as it drops your customer capacity
