The offense categories do matter, the unjust drug charge sentences and non vyolent crymes yes immediate pardons and commutations are justified but even if your defense is that you were wrongly convicted of the following, s/a, r, pew, pew, a/r and other vyolent crymes, etc ., that would require new investigations & trials, ofenders convicted of vyolent crymes can’t be just pardoned or have their sentences commuted w/o new trials and investigations but with the coming administration, it’s destined to get a whole lot worse for people of color

I invested $1000 in fan base and I regret it because they went into my bank account and took out $359 or something to that effect and I had to fight to get my money back. It's not a First Amendment rights issue, and it is not an overreach. The Trump Supreme Court threw the ban back in his face. He is only on TikTok because his son Barron told him about it, and he is getting money for his show on January 20th.
