About FNF

Friday Night Funkin’ is a rhythm game in which the player must pass multiple “weeks”, each usually containing three songs.[note 1] Each week, the player typically faces a different opponent.

During gameplay, the opponent will sing a pattern of notes which the player must mirror by pressing the arrow keys or WASD. At the bottom of the screen is a bar indicating how well the player is doing. The left side of the bar is red, representing the opponent. The right side is green, representing the player. Successfully hitting notes will increase the size of the player’s bar, while missing notes causes the opponent’s bar to expand. The player fails if the opponent’s bar fills up the entire bar.

For each week, the player has the option to select one of three difficulties: Easy, Medium, and Hard. As difficulty increases, the speed of incoming arrows increases and the patterns of arrows become more complicated. The player’s high score for each week on each difficulty is tracked and shown in the top corner of the week selection screen.

  17. the retry power is true but I feel like that only works in a singing battle, remember in both the sonic.exe and Jeff the killer mods bf was fully susceptible to being killed and only save by girlfriend, with a shield against sonic and a time freeze against Jeff. (which i say is another show of her love and loyalty since she looks to Jeff after saving bf with the full intent to eviscerat him and only doesn't because bf says not to.) in the date app mod which takes place before bf meets gf he almost gets killed twice but Evades it thanks to the acceptance of a song challenge, I say bf is only immortal if he's singing or with gf and because of this I say the retry power is fully situational.

  34. Honestly this mod is hella cringe and made me bawl out laughing when I saw the thumbnail. Not saying the mod is awful though. I like the part where after ghost boyfriend sings his final emotional song, reaching his hand to his beloved gf as if that is literally the last time he will ever be able to see her again, then he is just like…"Oh….I forgor! I can just respawn!" Then just pops back into existence. With a fucking shield 😀 (also, some of these facts are fanon im sure, js)

  36. Yeah I bet you're right even at any situation bf can recover and come back to life especially when he knows that gf was crying a lot on his body and that she didn't care for the tragic ending or the blood that covered her hands hoping he comes back to life with any possible way
