  1. Shadowgate was my favorite game of its type for the NES, and I got the remastered version for PC a few years ago. Love that game to this day, and I'm very much looking forward to this sequel.

  2. There WAS a "Beyond Shadowgate" made back in 1993 on the TG16 Super CD-Rom system. I used to own it & it was made by Icom Simulations. Just be aware using the same title might cause some issues.
    Game looks great BTW.

  3. How neat! I'm an early 2000's kid and not an 80's but I did grow up with Shadowgate. Also, isn't there already a game called Beyond Shadowgate?
And you sure that whole sequel can fit into one cartridge? Oh well, I'm not an expert. But it would be neat to own. I have bought the NES cartridge version of Micro Mages (2019) earlier.

  4. This was a really pleasant surprise! When I saw the GrahfMetal Games logo I was even more excited. Their previous works (Infested and especially Spectacle) are absolutely fantastic. I am super hyped for this.

  5. Oh, niiice! I loved Shadowgate as a kid, on my Amiga and I'm looking very much forward to a sequel. I always hoped you would release a remake of "Uninvited" some day, but I'll take an entirely new game with pleasure as well.😁

  6. So, I love the idea of this upcoming release, but I already played Beyond Shadowgate on Turbografx-Super CD rom in 1993 from ICOM. Is this a retelling of that same game? Does this game make the original Beyond Shadowgate non-cannon?

  7. I am wayyy hyped for this. I love Shadowgate 64 but I always felt like we needed a sequel in the style of the first one. Any hope of a VR edition of Shadowgate 64? Any of the other games that never came to fruition from back in the day maybe get considered for sequels. Or a VR experience of the original game? Done in 8 bit style? I'm not trying to be annoying. It's just I love this series and it's great to see it having a resurgence.
