In the northern island spot with a ×32 luck, you almost catch only mythic so you get ALOT of exp

Is heavely rod with clever enchant better for money and exp?? Since the heavenly mutation makes fish give more money and the fishes in ancient isles give more xp and heavens rod has alot of luck. Is a viable option?

Does level increase luck?
Yeah its 14850xp if you use a rod with the 'clever' enchant (2.25x XP) and 2x XP gamepass and keep the fish line within the control bar throughout. Its tough but worth it.
