  7. I love the transit and tourism improvements. Here are a few story ideas: – For Bradbury Airlines (Maxwell Stellar) would help fund it as part of the deal with Mayor Grant and it fits (Stellar) theme of Reach For the Stars — For River Bend perhaps the park could be Riverside Nature Park —

  10. While an airport by a river certainly needs some river stopbank reinforcement to prevent erosion, I am not sure a big concrete quay is the way to go, though. Got any levee-like assets in the roster?

  15. Given that shallow, sandy riverbank, how about Brookbury Shoals for a neighborhood name? Some of the vanilla museums and theaters might look good flanking the Central Park as well as conforming to the tourism-specific economy. Maybe the park area along the river could have some preserved/rebuilt 18th Century buildings included as a historical area, similar to Williamsburg VA? It would help the narrative as to why that area was chosen to develop as a tourism hotspot.

    Also, I think the FAA and the TSA would both have fits over the thought of a walk-able quay path that close to the runway!
