In movies, to even record a standard mirror scene it's a little complicated. They make a fake mirror, basically a bathroom but the mirror is missing, and on the other side is an identical room with the actual actor in costume facing the camera whilst a stand in mirrors the actor's actions or the camera is edited out.
What I believe is happening here is multiple fake mirrors and the actor crawling through them. While the illusion of the girl is actually painted in digitally or with the use of an actual double mirror
