  1. Oathbreaker Paladin/Pact of the Blade Warlock 7/5. 3 attacks and adding charisma to your damage is very good. And Agonizing Eldritch Blast is an amazing ranged option. Full plate and shield, and you are almost a perfect hybrid character. High AC, powerful melee, powerful ranged, darkness as oath spell and devil's sight and you extremely dangerous.

  2. My build is Paladin 2 (Oath of the Ancients), Bard 8 (College of Swords), Warlock 2 (Great Old One). I like the addition of Mortal Reminder, eldritch blast, hex, and devil sight. I'm also a half-elf drow so I get darkness at level 5. I went fighting style protection, and dueling. Teamwork makes the dream work!

  3. According to that Fexlab spell slot calculator site, Paladin5 gets 4/2 spell slots (which is correct), but a Paladin5/EldritchKnight2 gets only 3 1st lvl slots (which is.. not as correct) facepalm

Tested this out with the other 1/4 caster classes, seems the calculator is broken when dealing with multiclassing into those particular classes FYI

  5. One thing where BG3 really falls behind, is showing what you'll be getting later on creation/level up. Right at the beginning of the video, when you're showing off Healing Radience is a PRIME example of this.

How in the EVER LOVING FUCK is a new player supposed to know what this is going to be doing later without having to go reach for an outside source? There's absolutely NOTHING on that card that shows anything about a per level, or proficiency bonus. Beyond that, you have no clue what a given class will be getting at 3rd, or 6th, or Nth level.

  6. There is actually a best though: 10 Bard/2 Paladin. It's objectively the strongest of the bunch when playing on Honor Mode (no pact of the blade stacking). Vengeance is also the best Paladin with that combination, not Ancients. Sword Bard is way stronger with this multi as well. It does massive damage and can basically carry your group, and it also does CC rather well.

  7. For Honor mode Pal 2/3 Bard 6 Lock 3/4 seems like a decent choice for pure smite damage and getting the pure Charisma weapon scaling from Warlock subclass, while at least having the dual attack from Bard lvl 6 (2 Enemies next to eachother)

  8. I’d like to make an honorable mention for barb multiclassing. You can use heavy armour and forget rage for high ac but take 2 levels purely for reckless attack. Enemies are more likely to attack you when they have advantage but you still have a high ac! Making an effective tank that lands a ton of heavy hits with GWM.

  9. How about 5 levels of paladin, 5 levels of warlock and 2 levels of warrior. if you are telling the truth about the fact that the contract of the blade allows you to attack again, together with the paladin you attack 3 times. and if you take 2 levels of war with extra life, you can attack 2-3 times again. What do you think about it?

  10. I would like to see a video on two different classes. They are prestige classes that i found interesting back in 3.5. Shadowbane Inquisitor(paladin/rogue) and shadowbane stalker (cleric/rogue). Your videos have given me some great ideas for future playthroughs.

  11. Good timing… I'm starting my 1st Paladin.
SPOILER ALERT~~~ So, do we ever get the parasite out of our head? Or is that the end of the game? I am actually skipping some areas intending to come back when I have gotten rid of it. I have this anxiousness as I play that makes me want it out, as much as the avatars do. I feel like I will be able to relax once it's gone. If I knew that the whole game is an adventure to remove the bug, then I would be able to relax and settle in right now.
