  1. with a 3060ti I was able to be running the game 1440P at very high with 60-100fps (minus town fps drops everyone has), but I always noticed this sluggish feeling with the game with normal fps.I know most drops are server based but I still wanted to see if this was the game or just me. By changing all settings to high except for texture detail (because I love my textures) the games odd feeling I was experiencing went away. I cant narrow it down further, but one of the post processing, lighting, effects or object details was causing that strange sluggish almost delay in the game. let me know if anyone else has experienced this? Good luck!
