frieeren rly do goes hard, sometimes i kind of like fan service but this anime had absolutely none almost respectable it is just beautifully drawn and hits u right, it does get a little slow sometimes and boring but other than that its very well done

ehh idk Gigguk. As much as I absolutely love your reviews and recommendations Vinland saga is one thing I could never get into. Especially when you were trying to sell the first season as very realistic and historical and then you see the dude weilding a 500 kg oar 😅
I don't know about you guys but the anime that has given me strong and real joy between 2023-2024 are: Mashle, Apothecary Diaries, RRK, and Solo Leveling. I also enjoyed My Happy Marriage on the side. Shibuya was fun in some areas but I keep thinking all this badass fighting could really do with some solid storytelling. It always brings me back to YYH you know. Solid characters backed by awesome fights. Then, Demon Slayer. I wanted to enjoy it more but just seemed repetitive. After the intensity that was The Entertainment District, it is kind of hard to beat, you know. I wish there's more to just the same formula. Most new anime seem to go this way. Spy Family also turned me off a little because it the same freaking formulaic episodes. Even Apothecary is starting to be like this. Still, Mashle ang Solo Leveling are fun and exciting.

I have three kids and the sole reason Freiren hits me soo damn hard in "the feel´s" is that with my first two kids i was so preoccupied with getting my bearings as a father and you know, having time to unwind. That i failed to appreciate some really magic moments ive had with my kids, Just like Frieren did with the Hero´s Party. With my last kid i´ve really managed to take a second and really appreciate small moments of magic ive had with my youngest, just like Frieren and here current party. In the end its a beautiful story about embracing the small magic moments in life and not just go searching for the big moments on the horizon.
