ROTFLMAO… a StarWars or Lego "track saw" ~ I'd like to see that; Obi-Wan "Luke, may the track saw be with you" or Yoda; "track saw youngling? WTF!"
With Ryobi, typically the 2nd gen product iteration fixes the problems with the first gen interations. Or to put it another way, Ryobi releases it's "beta" version to market to get critical feedback ~ ultimately a strategy "doomed to fail" and brand damaging. Why don't the snowflakes in Ryobi marketing engage with influencial makers and random weekend "wood reshapers" to test the product, criticise the product and make recommendations so that the product released to market isn't just the best Ryobi can make it for the intended "price point", but that it does what it is spruicked to do in spades and then some.
One thing that amazes me about different bands new "product releases", they don't look at the strengths of their competitors in the same price point or above and don't replicate (without breach of "copyright") the advantages of their competators…
Ryobi not being able to do a plunge cut… just another Ryobi beta version to test the market

I am proud of how far you've come with 731, I've followed you for a few years, but it's also kind of sad that now you're just a pitch man and not much of a woodworker on this channel. Thanks for your early videos that focused on woodworking and not all these "best of" pitch videos. Again proud of your success, disappointed it led to this.

ryobi should be 5 because if it moves and it dosn't cut precisely.
Always entertaining, Thank you. I use the Mafell track saw w/ a Ridge Carbide Rip blade. It's amazing. High end special purpose blades really make a difference – even though the stock blade is a quality blade. James
