The colour changing joycon we use – save $8 with code: SUP2022
Product link: https://bit.ly/30tIm0N – they are very comfortable, have GYRO, Rumble (standard) and a proper D-Pad. Plus they charge normally on the Switch. Great Joycon.

  2. I got coromon last week. Its a great monster taming game that definitely sits towards the old school end of the spectrum. It has some nice QoL touches with scents and a stinky stone to lower/limit random encounters so it doesn't feel as annoying as the new pokemon remakes. The puzzles feel a bit Zelda meets Golden Sun too which is lovely- only complaint is that the dungeons/areas feel long and a bit repetitive/ out staying there welcome.

Otherwise this week for me is a tough choice between Digimon and Xenoblade 3.

    Great video as always guys!

  3. I preordered the racing game not knowing it was a mobile game 😩 I hope it’s as much fun as it looks – Zero G Scalextric basically with no clearing up afterwards – GOTY.

  4. Been playing Coromon and i got 10 hours in it. Pretty good so far. Good addition for the monster taming genre. Really separates itself from other monster taming games. Must buy if you want to experience nostalgic Pokémon graphics but have modern features (difficulty mode, some QoL features).

  5. I have to say, Coromon is awesome. I never got into those type of games when I was younger, and in a sense missed their “prime”, so it’s cool to have something brand new that’s similar that I can get into now.
Also have really got into live a live as well. But dear god the constant loading screens kill me

  6. Been watching a lot of UEBS2 & Men of War on YouTube (Daley Tactics!!!) so now I'm dying to play Toy Soldiers. Even if it's just pretty good I think I will be spending a lot of hours with that game!! Going to have to check out South of the Circle too. SwitchCorner did a good review on that game.

    Seeya!!

  7. Hot Lap League looks like it's taken some liberal inspiration from the Trackmania series. Will keep an eye out for its release, but I'd be surprised if it was anything more than a shoddy knock-off. Hopefully I'm wrong as I'd love some decent Trackmania-style action on the Switch

  8. Can anyone recommend a good, in-depth synopsis of XC1 and it’s Futire Connected DLC?
I realized I still have a ways to go in finishing 2 and Torna, but I want to have a firm grasp on the part of the multiverse covered in 1 before I play 3, and playing through the whole thing like I’m doing with xc2 is too much for my ADHD

  9. I'm not usually a fan of Pokemon likes, I'd always rather just play Pokemon instead, but Coromon actually looks really cool and I would love to see another pokemon game in that style

  10. Just looked up Hot Lap League on the iOS App Store and it's $5 with a series of in-game currency In-App Purchases ranging from $2 to $15. So basically it's a Switch tax'ed cash grab port of a mobile game. That'll be a hard pass for me. I've got Burnout Paradise when I have an itch for some arcade racing.
