Most of the reference documents are spreadsheets so you can open it with Excel or import it into a Google sheets file.
As for the "notoriety trainers" (the guys that won't challenge you, it's related to bad karma. If your karma is low, they will opt to fight you.

52:00 the files in the folder are Microsoft Exel documents, which explains why they were all symbols when you opened it without Exel

Hi there, i'm one of the sprite artists for soulstones 2, having designed a fair portion of the new mons, including Tinkaton (i think somewhere between 70 and 80 mons in the game are my designs). Tinkaton was a difficult sprite to do (mainly due to that skeleton) so i ended up redoing it twice before settling on the current version. I'm glad to hear your praise for my design and i hope you continue to enjoy my other designs as you play through the game 🙂

Nobody likes being mosquito bait I live in the middle of a forest constantly bombarded by mosquitoes who are attracted to me because I produce more body heat than most people and I’m more annoyed by mosquitoes and my family knows this hence why they use me as a human mosquito attractant and is why I can’t go outside early in the morning or around sundown in warmer weather without overdosing bug spray and I’d take the spiders on the side of the road which I can easily ignore than in mid day in the warmer weather than becoming mosquito bait every time I go outside in early morning and late afternoon which because they come to me I can’t ignore them

Buzzwole is a mosqito in pokemon at least. Maybe they are already fully evolved into Muzzgeto
