Hello Indie gamers.
We don’t need Silksong for a good year in Metroidvania games, we got one of my favorite metroidvania games with Blashphemous 2, 3 different weapons, better puzzles and bosses harder and better than the last game, loved it.
We also got Afterimage one of the best looking metroidvania games in a long time.
Another great looking Metroidvania, recently released is Cookie Cutter, just take a look at this amazing game.

Cookie cooters A huge disappointment. It has its own style, there are different abilities, but at the same time this style is a minus, the art design is some kind of caricature, it is not clear why it was chosen this way. The bosses are bulky, big, not choppy, dull moveset and therefore completely boring boss fights, the final boss is some kind of shame that led to the most boring ending. Level design is monotonous. All the game has is art design, but it's not enough for an interesting metroidvania.
