Not sure if you know this or not, but you dont have to clean your pump parts after every session. You can put the parts in a sealed ziplock bag and put the bag in a fridge. Sterlize at the end of the day.

Kayli: for your brest pump on the go bring a small cooler and for your brest milk on the go pre-mix as much as you will need on the go and keep it hot in a thermos in your diaper bag. And if you’re really in a pinch most gas station have microwaves. Just a few thoughts that may help and ease your anxiety

Hi Kayli! I exclusively pumped for 9 months. My baby was only fed breast milk. On the go I found it easy to bring a wash basin if there was a sink available some where. I also had medela pump wipes and I used those to clean my pump stuff on the go. They were a LIFE SAVER.
