Hola
For Victoria 3 either go with Vienna rework or the great rework. And if those don’t make the game enjoyable just head back to Victoria 2.
The most challenging strategy game is, "How to get Orbital Potato to make another Workers and Resources series."
Tried playing Victoria 3, one of if not the worst AI in any grand strategy game ever. Was playing an insignificant power in europe, with 1 mill people, got attacked by an alliance of: the ottoman empire, austria and russia. Like devs wtf.
