  4. Other than a few picks this list is pretty solid. Shi No Numa was by far the worst placement. Like there's no world where WAW shi no numa is better than mauer der toten, call of the dead, and revelations, let's be real.

  6. I don’t hate this list or anything but I just don’t really like how low rev is. Not that it’s even that great or anything, and I don’t think it should be particularly high on any list. But I just can’t agree that it’s worse than 75% of Cold War. I didn’t like Cold War nearly as much as revelations. So to see Die Machine, Firebase Z, and Mauer Der Toten above it is just an L take in my opinion. I honestly don’t care how popular Cold War made zombies at the time, it wasn’t that good. It just felt like a camo grind simulator with zombies to me. Also operators absolutely botched the game for me. The entire game literally zero personality.

    There’s a few other small things I also disagreed with like Shang, Kino, and Shi no Numas placements being so high for example, but I can get behind those a lot more than the revelations thing. Idk why. I just don’t like Cold War very much. I do also think objectively (it’s not even my personal favourite, so I swear I’m not biased) the greatest zombies experience ever crafted was SoE. It just had everything. The vibes were immaculate, the layout was fantastic, the characters while not the best were still pretty good, beast mode was super cool, the tram almost felt like transit done right, the sword was awesome, the EE was cool, it had amazing little side Easter eggs, like the black and white filter, and the lions head gobble gum, the bosses (especially the margwa) are wicked, the wonder weapon is my personal favourite ever, arnies are super fun to use, and the music. God the music. Plus widows wine was a cool perk. A bit OP but still dope. Though I do think it should have been introduced in zet then maybe added into SoE later on, like mule kick was to every map after resurrection came out in bo1. Woulda made a bit more sense.

  7. What irks me about the Revelations critique is that it’s exactly what everyone wanted, a best of zombies map, and yet is constantly looked down upon. I understand there’s very little in the way of originality but that was the point and the map is sewn together beautifully with a fantastic flow and fun overpowered nonsense which is why I feel it should’ve been put higher at least along the lines of Kino and Ascension. I cared about the story but not really enough to have the anticlimactic ending spoil my view of this map but that’s just me

  25. Revelations at 21 is outrageous. It’s overrated due to not living up to its hype. As a map it should be top 10, easily. The Easter egg is complex, the high round is easy, setting up is not hard but not super easy either just like DE, the map is big, but traveling through it is not time consuming, it encompasses all the iconic maps yet has a twist for each and everyone of them, many good training spots, good weapons, very beginner friendly. It’s not a top 3 map, or a top 5 map, but it’s not lower than top 10.

  26. Bo1 ascension is better than bo3 …. Monkeys only attack perks you’ve bought with points …. So you can just buy PHD and hold it down and get all your perks from the moneys … and they’ll continue to only go after PhD

  29. You guys are spoiled having BO1 zombies be your first and above. WAW was mine, got it from block buster back in 08 with a friend of mine. We played it all night and Nacht was the only map. I still go back to WAW regularly
