Hmm, Sigvald is around in our, but definitely not a powerhouse. Malus hangs on way longer in our campaigns (except our current one funny enough), Most of the High elves hang on the whole game unless we concentrate on taking them out.

the usual thing that happens to me when facing kairos is….. his armies ALWAYS ambush me no matter if campstance or not
the only safe space is camping in settlements….. dunno whats wrong with the ai adjustments of kairos but he is such a ridiculous annoyance in endgame XD
and i wonder why malekith is not here… im playing a sisters of twilight campaign and he just throws one 3-4 stack of armies after another on my witchwood and conquered all of ulthuan together with n'kari even before turn 100

the same edge that makes Khairos lethal when left alone makes you just as strong in your playthroughs. you get 4 provinces and the south extreme edge. and can plow up the southern ends of both main continents. I tend to fight the first two battles then go north immediately to murder teclas, because if you don't you can't confederate with Sarthorial the Everwatcher and get him as a semi-legendary lord to have for another army. Teclas has a 100% chance to wipe them out extremely early. turn 10 or less. every time, every difficulty.
bro! you missed Skeggi. they have a landmark that make any army they raise have a few veteran ranks. snapping up Morathi is just part of that vassalization journey anyway, if you're playing warriors of chaos(Valkia, ideally). making that southern push much more attractive than pushing east to get dark fortresses (which would make more sense if you're going for a hero stack, mind you).
not as powerful as morathi as an independent faction though. not even close.
Can you do Most Useful Allies?
The problem with tyrion is that even after you break him in battle he will easily slip away from your grasp thanks to his very fast elven steed and catching him while he is on the run is literally impossible
I have fought him plenty of times where my lord actually defeated him in melee but just before delivering the killing blow he just breaks and flee and since he is so fast and slippery you have no option to catch him and at the same time his insane healing ability pops up and he will flee then regenerate and then hit you in the back so hard that you will have no power no break him again
Fighting high elves with all of those range and phoenix doomstacks are hard enough and you always need to pay attention to your lines and this will always take the option of paying attention to tyrion
So he easily can outrun you recover his health to almost full and then when you are busy fighting his army he will hit you in the back so hard that you can't retaliate
the best way to kill him is basically focus fire him I think
