This is from the drink champs show Benzino of “the Source” magazine, who like 20 years ago had beef with Eminem and all them dudes and wound up dropping some diss track back then that was basically coming at Eminem for being a certain complexion and that didn’t sit well with hip hop fans who found that to be at best just a cornball thing to do. So this guy get’s roasted, and nothing crazy i.m.o. on a track by Eminem cause that’s his thing is to never let his foot off your neck, and responded with a couple of “eh” level response tracks. 2 weeks later or whatever he’s drunk as a skunk crying and wanting to hug Eminem and have a sit down with him which you know Eminem is thinking he just got a golden goose gift from the heavens with what all he can do with this in terms of again keeping his foot on dude’s neck. Benzino might be on the virg of snapping. This hurt his soul beyond description. I can guarantee it.
Drink-Champs y’all bogus though because to me he was clearly wasted beyond the point of really having the capability to know what he was saying would destroy any ounce of respect he had from anybody left. I could see if he was sober. But y’all provided him alcohol and encouraged him to get drunk just to exploit his deepest feelings on a beef which will only be bad for him. You think Eminem is going to sit there and be like “oh it’s cool bro” hell no he has never, and I repeat, never let anyone off the hook that I can think of. Once it’s on it’s on. I am not hating on Drink-Champs they are very good at providing entertainment to people. But the people who they are getting drunk and asking them questions that you know the answers will probably ruin their lives/careers/relationships are real people. Kanye was a prime example. How is this good for anybody involved. So you got some views? Wouldn’t it be better to get less views if it meant that at least the questions these individuals are answering are ones that they are answering sober so they know what they are saying and don’t inadvertently ruin their careers? Or maybe Drink-Champs does let them know ahead of time what they are going to ask them and ultimately it’s the person’s decision to to take the drink regardless of what’s being offered by who. Let me know what you think. Does Drink-Champs violate a certain ethical code by providing liquor to their guests and then leading them to some very dangerous topics career wise and sometimes personal safety wise?
