  1. My mother used to work in a care home and she and other care workers testified that they would often feel someone tugging at their dresses (as if by a child trying to get their attention) but after turning around, there was no-one there! 1 even claimed to see the face of a young blonde girl in the narrow glass window of a door before the girl vanished into thin air!
Now this is a care home (you know, for elderly people) so why is the ghost of a young girl running around there?

Well after a bit of research, I found out that on that site of that care home in the Victorian era, there was a children's home. It eventually fell into disuse and was knocked down with the new care home being built on top of it. And anyone with a bit of knowledge of Victorian Britain would know of the catastrophic mortality rates for children back then.
So maybe knocking down a building doesn't always result in the ghost finding peace sadly.
