Interesting… looks like a midsec facility. Kinda weird to see all magnetic doors with no manual key overrides (we had them on all the doors as a failsafe if the electronic locks failed to disengage, which… happened sometimes but not overly often. Maintenance was good about fixing them as quickly as they went down. We all had shift keys just in case). Definitely a world that has different laws than ours, since it was a rights violation to deny the inmates the ability to contact their lawyers, and they would absolutely write grievances over that, and IA would be on you within 15 minutes or less. Every single one of them was a prison lawyer, too. They had nothing but time, so they'd sit there and read the law books and learn the policies and use them to get around you any way they could. Also it's weird as hell to see code locks on anything. Inmates observe every single move you make, and they would absolutely learn a code within an hour or less. Our pharmacy area had an entrance attached to a hallway that could only be entered from the wardens office through a badge door, and then a key lock at the end of that hallway. Pharmacist was behind thick plastic and bars so no one could break in through the front either, and she'd pass the meds, needles, and any other secure equipment through a slot for the doctor or inmates that had documented conditions. Then we'd have to watch them swallow the pills, do a whole search procedure so they couldn't just tongue the damn things and sell them later, or guard the doc while she gave them their shots, and then drag the sorry dipshits back to whatever the schedule was.
This seems like a game with a lot of depth! I can tell the people that made it truly cared about the product and had a vision. I feel like the market is flooded nowadays with cash grabs and games just repackaging popular games. Good to see something fresh and interesting! (It has some elements from games Iβve seen/played but feels like itβs own thing that EXPANDS on the ideas in an interesting way.) I hope you continue this play through; loving it so far!
