  1. Don't use the ATV crate unless you're willing to lose everything you put in there. I'm simply passing along info, I don't own the game myself so watch the patch notes to see if it is still an issue.

  2. Sorry. From what I have seen on various YouTuber’s videos, so far this has been a stupidly complicated game. EDIT – I have watched your other video as well as a few from other creators and I am a bit more enthused about the game! I still think the intro section was far too much, but the actual game has got me quite interested!

  3. Congratulations on mostly getting the base up and running. There’s so much that needed to be done before that step that I was kind of surprised. They definitely don’t shy away from the grind in this game. Lol. So far this looks pretty fun though! 😊

  4. first of all ty for the video i did enjoyed watching , keep up the good work ,
when you went to your base and wondering why there was no power even though there was no pint saying it but i said , DUDE you didn't adjust the transformer , for a future video after you learned the battery place one/ two or more transformer (based on the amount of solar panel that you have ) and then connect that transformer to the battery and then the output of the battery to another transformer and from that transformer to the one which will be connected to workshop water well etc , that way you can manage the amount of output that goes to them and for calculation here's how you do it , you need to see how much power you will use per hour , how long the sun isn't available , after that you calculate how many battery you will need using this (power usage * the hours that there is no sun = battery wattage ) , for charging the battery (battery capacity wattage / how many hour you get the sun light = the amount of solar panel wattage require per hour ) , if it was confusing i can send you bunch of screenshot to you

  5. For setting up power, I put my solar panels out with a good gap between them and the base, and set them up in a line of four. Next to them, a transformer aligned so that its upgrades will attach in the direction I will be building more panels. Next row is battery, aligned with the transformer, also so its upgrades will go the same direction. Then last row before the base is another transformer, same direction as the battery and first transformer. Connect the panels to the first transformer. Then connect it to the battery. Then connect the battery to the last transformer. Run power to your base and other client systems from the last transformer.
    It looks like this when expanded…S= Solar, T=Transformer, B=Battery, U=Upgrade …..

Water is similar. You can use the Pump to connect up to four Wells into one line. The lines on the pump will be labeled water, oxy, methane, CO2, but that doesn't matter. You can do 3 water, one Oxy, or whatever combo you want.

  6. The best way to provide Oxy to your base when getting started, are CO2 Scrubbers. They use a little power, and can be built inside workshop, HQ ect.
That gets you started, until you have a grow room going. The plants will replenish your oxy. You will then only need your scrubbers if you add a big room. I don't bother pumping in Oxy from the expanded wells.

  7. Nice, and amazing gameplay 🙂 You could possibly use the small ATV, but have free hands to try it. Couldn´t you repair this old base or somehow change bad things for better things and possibly use the old base too? Try to go to the second old base also. And as i have read others comments, try to collect more tablets and use them, you may get some new blueprints, as others have commented. Also loot every door panel from the first old base and triple check the base 🙂 Keep those amazing videos rollin
