Salt – 1 tsp

For Marination :
Turmeric / Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Cumin / Jeera seeds – 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick – 1 ½ inch
Cloves – 8
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 12 cloves
Goan Vinegar – 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used
)

Black Peppercorns – 8 to 10
Green Cardamom – 2
Ginger – 1 inch piece ( cut into pieces )
Red Kashmiri Chillies – 4 ( broken into pieces )
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Onions – 3 ( medium size ) ( sliced )
Tomatoes – 2 ( medium size ) ( sliced )
Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
Water – 1 cup / 250 ml
Water – ½ cup / 125 ml
Goan Spice powder – ½ tsp
