Recently started playing the game and already got my first bootleg after the first battle against morgante which was a traffikrab
Man the Lanthe figth is brutal, they know no mercy. I struggled to get through them, not gonna lie.
I forgot to comment at the time but Night's Bridge is obviously Knightsbridge and Icelington must be (Highbury &) Islington; I'm assuming that Aldgrave Tomb is Aldgate, Cherry Cross is Charing Cross and Bard Street is Bond Street? Not sure about those.
Okay, i guess i'll have to resist from watching the next episodes from now on. Don't want to spoil the postgame content for myself since my stupid laptop doesn't let me play the game for more than 15 minutes without problems anymore
When you entered that fight with Ianthe and Wilma at less than half health, I said "Oh… Hard mode activated!" Then I saw they were level 60… and I said "Oh… Impossible mode activated!" Then I was surprised how far you made it through the battle. I think if you had full health going in to the fight you woulda had it. Even with the massive level difference. Still wouldnt have been EASY, but I think you woulda had it!
i was level 47 when i fought ianthe, freaking lobstacle was the carry, i had accidentally fused my mothmanic with it and did not want to waste the fusion, and then realised that lob still had water coating to negate it the plastic weakness when roll again activated lol.
Edit: for those who are struggling with gladolia without trying to use fusion, try using rockertrice/smogagog (preferably smogagog for bulk and fire type). They can learn sure-fire and echolocation which makes dealing with the accuracy drops more manageable. Theres also a flinch stun combo for ice/ watertypes, utilising an ice quick smack and inflame. You pretty much melt, freeze and repeat the cycle again.
