  19. I love how you actually earned a lot of money by just giving training to your workers, listening to your workers and doing what they desired (less time worked, slightly higher salary), giving them money to restock as needed then just leaving them alone.

    He is like, hey, I want to work less than 50 hours a week. And you were like: Sure, you'll work 48 hours a week, here's one dollar rise and I'll hire another worker.
    Then the second worker was: I'd like to work less than 30 hours a week and you were like: Sure. you'll work less than 30 hours a week. Here's customer training, a dollar higher salary and I'll hire another worker.

    Then you just slept and restocked. Customer satisfaction was higher, workers were happy, profits keep rising.
