Hello everyone and welcome back to Verde Beach! NASDAQ has been searching for a new home for a regional stock exchange and Verde Beach has been identified as the perfect city to meet the bill, since the new exchange would be focused on hospitality and tourism stocks. The NASDAQ board has very specific requirements for the location of the new exchange, which we’ll work to fulfill. We’ll build a beautiful financial district and replace some of our older city service buildings with newer, high-capacity buildings. By the end, the financial district will be something that Verde Beach is known for. Enjoy!

I'm thinking that the district name could use a combination of some of the ideas that I've seen so far; 50 Cent related and Green Hill seems to be the most common themes. Maybe something like the "Emerald Quarter Duplex" or "Half-Dollar Hill".

I was searching for a video on a city planner assessing real life cities, and I just happened to stumble on an old video of yours about 'reviewing an architects city in CS' where that exact thing was suggested in the comments — and met with a lot of excitement. You actually responded saying that the number of likes tells you that you should get to making a video like that right away, and on LA, but after looking I can't find that video anywhere.
Did that video ever end up getting made? I'd love to find it, but if not then let it be known that I'm still very excited by the prospect of that. Really appreciate your content 🙂
The banks financing the stock exchange would have some demands about the building, like restricting traffic to emergency vehicles only in front of the stock exchange, for both security and to give the employees a nicer entry into the building. And you better zone more commercial space for cocktail bars and Steak houses for the finance bros to gorge at. A Federal Reserve building is in order too for a city of such financial importance. They’re gonna need a helipad nearby for trips to the summer house and the ski house… probably time for a grandiose mega mansion district for the Verde Beach fat cats to live in.

So two things for the metro, wouldn't the Hamilton station benefit from being a two line underground, with the idea the city would prefer expanding a station over constructing a new one?
Secondly, would more smaller trains make sense as then wait times would be shorter, which would appeal to execs not wanting to wait for another train.
I thought this guy was gonna be decent enough to not manipulate the stock market for his own self interest but I guess not lol

The street that the financial district located on should be called Teller Street, Tellers are the glass dividers found in most banks and other Important Buildings. Tellers are placed inside of walls making a pun off of wall street, the financial hub in New York City
