  1. I regret not wearing makeup sooner. I just started caring about it all when I became post menopausal. The women in my family did not wear makeup and I have had no one from which to learn. Your channel and experience are helping me to learn how to make good decisions for my skin care. Thank you!
That little compact mirror looks very handy for quick touch ups.

  4. Hello Laura Rae – Mary Lou Silk here from Pittsburgh, PA. I just love your channel and I watch you every time when you are on your YouTube channel. I have learned much from you – thank you. The items I really enjoyed hearing about is the Vegamour hair serum (I saw you talking about this in your last video as well) and the lip liner. Thanks, Mary Lou Silk

  5. I wish I had tried a cleansing balm sooner. I use the Camomile one from The Body Shop and absolutely love it! Does not burn my super sensitive eyes but completely melts away mascara, eye shadow, lip color, foundation, everything! I then follow with my cleanser and my skin loves the combo.

  6. So funny….I just bought the Benetint today and just saw now you showcasing this tint. It is beautiful and melts, almost dissolves into the skin for a natural look. And what staying power! It is $24 in Canada.

  7. I'm glad your getting your hair back. But there is a better less expensive way, with more benefits. Taking a scoop of collagen every day. I was losing hair, my nails became awful with ridges and my skin dry. I take ordain collagen peptides 1 scoop a day in my coffee. In 26 days my hair started growing back, bald spots filling in. My nails are smooth again and my skin is soft again. Please try this. Your body will thank you!

  8. I really love the origins tinted moisturizer sunscreen with SPF 40, I bought it at Ulta for 50% off during their sale. It matches your skin somehow as you apply it, and I often powder my tzone and put on lip gloss and mascara and no foundation. It’s pricey, but I’m sure your skin would not be sensitive to it…

  9. Since you use the benefit love tint I’m wondering if you have had the opportunity to try the benefit lip and cheek stain or tint and they have one called cha-cha tint little more coral. I have used these both on my lip and on my cheek as a blush and they’re wonderful. I personally prefer the cha-cha because I like warmer tones they work better with my skin tone but if I’m going to be wearing something pink or a pink lipstick or some thing that’s cooler toned. They both work great to give a hint of color. On the lips they really have staying power.. They do have small sizes I’m not sure what the price is but they last forever

  11. I'm going to try that Real Techniques brush & the Florence Blush. Hard to find nice cream Blush. Powder Blush just doesn't look good on my skin. I wish l had tried face oils sooner. My favorite is the Ordinary Rose Hip face oil. It's not greasy & makes my skin really soft.

  12. I wish I had gotten into skin care sooner. I was a sun lover in my younger days so I’ve really had to work to get my sun damage under control. I want to try the hair products you mentioned. My hair is thinning from age and stress. Hope it helps me as much as it’s helped you! Thanks!

  13. Like you, I put off trying something because I don’t want to pay the price. Then if I do buy it, like you I usually end up saying why did I wait! Love hearing about the products you like!

  14. Laura Rae, I just love your videos! This was a good one. Such great information. A few years ago I found the Maybelline Super Stay 24 hour lip colors & just love them. I found a perfect shade for me & love the staying power. I do need to apply the gloss throughout the day, but the color rarely fades. Take care 🙂

  16. Great informative video Laura. I'm also looking for a hair serum that's not pricey and works great. I'll have to try the Vegamour line. I'm also looking for a lip tint that last, so I'll give the Benefit lip tint a try. Thank you! I appreciate all your helpful tips.

  19. I just found you on You Tube! Thanks for the tip on using powdered dry shampoo (putting it in your hand and stamping your fingers in it) That has helped me manuver the world of dry shampoo so much better. I was always getting way too much at the root and even though my hair is blond (hi-lighted) it always looked powdery. But thanks to your tip . . . .it is so very much better!!!
