  1. the Bears will no doubt get a first time unknown second rate coach, suck next year, fire the GM, first the coach, suck the year after , get another sucky coach and then Caleb will be traded for the first round pick

  2. Vrabel has no imagination. He'll bring the same old stale shit, they had in Tennessee. Time to swing for the fences, like we did when we drafted Caleb. These players, just need someone they can believe in, someone to instill that "Winning Feeling ".

  3. What package will come with the 2?

Mike + with who as OC, Dc, Ol coach

Ben + with who ? This is a bigger question.. you must be kidding me if Morgan still stay. remember Nagy that came alone. Then they have to hire many guys from college.

  4. I worry Johnson as great as he is OC , may make the same mistakes as the last few coordinator hires w NO head coach XP. Ala Nagy Eberflus . Head in the play sheets and ignoring the rest . I lean Vrabel w a top notch OC although I’m tempted to not miss out on the next Oconell / lafluer type.

  5. If you came to the comments to flame a Vrabel Choice just do it after being reminded that he hired Matt LaFleur as his first OC and then when he was poached, he hired Arthur Smith. A Vrabel hire does NOT mean having a bad OC. History has said the exact opposite. The man can hire good coordinators.

  6. I’m curious why everybody is talking about the offensive line and nobody is mentioning that we cannot get to the quarterback at all with our front four on defense. like it’s barely ever mentioned. I heard the coach Thomas Brown 3:36 talk about it last week, but that’s it. But I’m ok with either coach that builds these trenches I hope everybody realizes we’re like four years away from having an actual team those trenches actually matter. And the players we need are premium picks. You’re not getting away with second third round players in certain spots.🐻🔽

  7. I need a head coach who can control the locker room and ensure the players are disciplined.

He must be able to hire an offensive coordinator who can get Caleb to be the generational QB that he was branded to be is what we need.

Dam, my team is so sorry about how we do business. Ryan Poles has done a gdecision.

We have talent, but he also has made some FUKED UP decisions, so yes, there also needs to be someone who questions his final decision.

  8. The Bears havnt had a quality offense since Sid Luckman.
    It's time for B Johnson.
    Besides, who's going to teach
    Caleb? Not Vrable not Flores.
    But I will say this.
If we don't show more support for Ryan Poles nobody is going to want to come to Chicago if our GM doesn't get more support.
No HC wants to come to a team with turmoil.

  10. So it’s either they extend Poles or they fire him, I don’t see them letting Poles hire new head coach on a 4 year deal with Poles only having 1 year left on his contract, math ain’t mathing and I don’t think it looks good for Poles, they most likely will bring on a new GM to hire his own coach because if it doesn’t work this year and a new GM comes in next year he’s gonna want his own head coach.

  11. I like Vrabel and Johnson. The benefit of Johnson is he can work with Caleb and develop him the right way- calling the offense. BUT, he's an unknown as a HC. I love Vrabel because he's a good leader and a proven winning HC who knows how to hire good staff.
Vrabel HC, Kubiac OC, Saleh DC would be solid!
Either way, they better get it right.

I have ZERO faith in the McASSKeys and that clown show.
