  1. Arguing that you thought Williams looked “comfortable in the first half” and finding some peace in that after watching this horrendous offense for two games is like applying a band-aid to two bloody, amputated legs in battle and thinking you could stand and continue the fight. While heroic, it is not actually happening.

  2. Don't panic. The Bears need better performance out of the center and right guard and you'll see most of these offensive problems fixed.
The fact that they can't even run the ball is crazy. Wtf is Waldron doing?

  3. stop it with the McCaskey blaming. honestly, they've learned and completely empowered Warren and Poles. they're not getting in the way and they're not cheap. it's such a lazy and tired argument, Chief

  4. This QB was painted as a "generational" talent, a can't-miss guy, Mahomes-esque… and he hasn't shown anything remotely resembling that through 8 quarters of meaningful snaps. As a matter of fact he has been one of the league's worst QBs so far. Panic is a bit extreme, for now, but any Bears fan that claims they aren't genuinely worried is lying

  5. ill put it this way, if allen catches the td against the titans and odunze catches the td against the texans what's the narrative around Caleb?? people wanna oput it all on caleb but hes fighting for his life behind this line and has 2 dropped tds from his wr. also we were expected to lose this game and we could have won it

  6. Most people hard this game marked as a loss when we saw the schedule yet now everyone’s freaking out and the worlds ending because we lost. Only in Chicago does this happen. Caleb played behind a shit OLine at USC so if we have one season of bad OLine I don’t see it dropping his confidence as much as I’d be worried about a possible injury. Something has got to happen with this OLine whether it’s Poles has to blow some draft capital next year to get it or if it’s firing Chris Morgan and getting some else in to coach these idiots. We thought Lucas Patrick was absolute garbage. Dude went down to New Orleans and through 2 games looks like the best lineman on a great OLine.

  7. I’d highlight Josh Allen didn’t look great is first season/two seasons and look how that turned out…

also jordan love’s future was up on the air until ~week 10 last year and he went on to win a play off game (and that was after sitting and watching for 3 years)

Honestly Caleb looked better this week than he did against the titans despite throwing 2 interceptions. He still just looks different to what we’ve seen in the past.

Overall I’m not worried about Caleb, I’m worried about the fact we don’t look like we can give him any help this year (no run game, 5 sacks, 30-something pressures against the Texans). That said, definitely not time to panic after 2 games… let’s see how it looks at the half way mark of the season
