Bear spotted inside Disney's Magic Kingdom, prompting closures



A black bear was spotted inside Disney’s Magic Kingdom in Florida, forcing a temporary shutdown of Frontierland, Liberty Square and Adventureland. NBC affiliate WESH captured exclusive video appearing to show the female bear being captured by wildlife officials. NBC’s Guad Venegas reports for TODAY from Orlando.

  1. Disney didn't stress the fact they had gators in their waters. Until that baby was killed I would've never thought gators were in DISNEY property. I realize now they're in just about every pond, lake, etc. but not at Disney, that was very sad about that baby boy. Was thinking bear vs. python? Python wins. Pythons have killed many wildlife in the everglades. I'm surprised they haven't found a dead bear killed by a python. Floridoh!
