Leviticus 19:2 reads that Yahweh told Moses to tell the children of Israel, to “be set-apart for I, Yahweh your Elohim, am set-apart.” Yahweh considers His people, His chosen people, to be something of amazing beauty, great value and rareness. His desire is to show the whole world this set-apart nation–the ones whom He has redeemed and made as a shining city on a hill.
Doing a deep-dive into the letter to the Ephesians, Rabbi Berkson unpacks verse by verse this Pauline epistle so that we can try to understand why Paul was continuously bringing in the concept of being set-apart into his letter.

My God parents died in the last nine years and are with the lord now, there are not many spiritual parents it seems anymore or those willing to allow you to soar on their shirt tail’s of their godly family and maturity. My parents died when I was young, but everything I have learned is from my Calvary Chapel Pastor, where I have been a member fir 23 years this next March 2023’ He now is like a father to me and love his greek family, Wayne has such great for kids and he always hugs me when I see him! Such a godly example for me! So grateful for him!and now has 12 grandchildren, I love each of them as my own family too, even-though I never have had supper with them yet!
I grew up with a very strict mother , it’s hard to have all truth and no love or grace! Especially if it’s a dysfunctional family origin, that why I rely more on the lord and stay in the present and He keeps on THE PATH OF LIFE💝I allow Yahweh 🌷to father me! Seek and obey 😇💟🙏🏻🕊I come from a big family and keep seeking relationships where I can grow in my walk with Yahweh and others.
