Note:
This is a concert that I was fortunate enough to have attended. … It’s a make-up show that was originally scheduled to be performed a week beforehand on January the 26th.
If at all interested here’s a link to a recent post where I wrote about the experience as a whole upon the wonderful fan site ExpectingRain:
https://expectingrain.com/discussions/viewtopic.php?p=2062051#p2062051
…
This upload is the entire show played in order starting from the second song of the evening. … The opener was Absolutely Sweet Marie, and although it was performed well enough the sound wasn’t properly adjusted & there’s a noticable difference with it & the rest played on the the given audience capture (plus it sounds much better on the Jan. 14th upload).
With being there at the time shall say that it sincerely felt like Bob & band gave a little extra on this outing. Most likely due to the week long delay. … Turned out that Mr. Bob did want to give it a go on January 26, but was held back on doing so by his doctor (flu like symptoms). … With that in mind Señor being played in the second slot felt very much fitting & not a coincidental choice. From my inner memories the feeling provided from that one is what I still remember best along with a spectacular rendition of It Ain’t it Me Babe.
Twas a lovely venue as well (my 4th overall Dylan show & first in a theatre). … Recall the outside having lots of stairs leading to several very large columns around the entrance & the inside giving off a welcoming old fashion type of vibe with a majestic wide spanning chandelier hanging down from the ceiling.
Being there or not this show as a whole is a pleasure to hear. Especially in this remastered form. … Every song drips with emotion & care with the Bobster in top form 👌.
…
Lastly, shall note that I actually reached on out to Bennyboy Productions & requested him upgrading this little gem of a show. … He gave a listen on his own & thankfully agreed it was worth his sonic ✨ treatments. Very much grateful that he did. … Other than the night it was played, it’s by far the best this one has evvah sounded (vastly improved, IMO) 🙏👍😃. … Outstanding works & per usual with Mr. Ben the download comes equipped with some top tier artwork🎉 (displayed on this vid).
Great stuff & times. … Hope all others enjoy giving this & the other 2 recent 1998 uploads a listen as much as I do. … Spectacular band/time area.
Thanks for reading along & happy listening out there … Be well to yourselves & all that surround you. Well, you know, … the best as one can at least.
🎸

This is such a great concert OHL! Thank you!
Thanks also for the time-stamped song list and all your notes and links.
Yes Benny Boy Productions has done a beautiful job remastering and the art!
All the songs are great renditions! I will be revisiting this for sure! Bob's emotional
investment is apparent and you can not go wrong with these guys in the band.
I must mention one of my favs the late great Bucky Baxter the master on that pedal steel!
Larry Campbell seems often underrated but he is top notch. Bob is playing some great guitar
too! I love his riffs in Shooting Star and the way he sings it too! Senor is fantastic! Million Miles
and 'Till I fell In Love With You are very passionate. Lovesick, well it rips the heart out and I am
glad it wasn't the last song as Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35 always cheers me.
Blind Willie McTell and Masters of War are both very emotionally rendered. I always love Silvio.
Every song is so wonderful! Outstanding concert with a great mix of songs and styles. 👏🏼
I read your story on E.R. of the trip you and your buddies took to the cancelled concert.
I'm sorry, it must have been brutal but your account of it made me laugh so hard! : ))
Anyway it was good you had a completely different experience a week later.
To experience this gem of a concert could almost make me jealous! LOL no I
don't go for that trip. : ) Thanks for providing the link in your description.
Have a great week OHL! 🙌🏼
