And all of these will need to be addressed over the coming week, but not today. Today we’ll focus on questing for trader Jen and tonight we need to get the crafting room sorted out. And tomorrow we’ll make another special trip into the wasteland to what we can uncover out there.

I can't quite place my finger on what, but I'm really liking the new aesthetic/editing of your videos. If the rest of this series is as awesome as his, I'll have to go watch them from ep. 1. It feels like I'm watching a legit TV show like NCIS or CSI. I'm also really enjoying the soundtrack in this episode. Is that original creation by you, cause I'd really like to hear more of it.

what is the best way to make custom maps for playthrews so its not just the junky vinilla one i wanted to use king gen but the last update i can find on it was alpha 19
Going off what should happen to magazines once you have top tier weapons/tools, I think tools/weapons should have individual stats, so like you can craft/find a tier 6 auto rifle but you get a random role to different stats out of 100 (i.e. accuracy -23 damage – 30 reload – 15, etc.) so you have more reason to want to craft/find more of said weapon/tool as you can find/make a better version, like you may want more fire rate into a certain gun, or more damage on another thing. Idk just an idea and it’s not a flawless one.
I'd love to see a series that feature double-length days and blood moon hordes every day.
when I saw that part with the pickaxe not being able to one-shot stone I thought of an interesting idea, what if stamina usage of power attack was scaling depending on how close you are to one-shotting it with normal attack? maybe not the best idea but I think it's interesting lol

The loot room with the 30k hp security gate could probably be accessed easier by going through the floor and digging underneath it instead.
Btw…when you finish a full collection of magazines…they are NOT removed from the loot list. You keep getting them but they now show the 'open book' and are only worth a lousy 25 dukes each. So….just worth XP for the most part. It SHOULD remove them from the loot list, but it doesn't.
GNS, i built a wall safe in qa coop game with friends and you can actually put it in the wall, i used it to store dukes and cash from atm as my sort of trader box.
You should name the base the Tem Cave

On the topic of continuing to get magazines when you have a tier 6 steel whatever (so you don't have to make one), hot take, what if you couldn't repair weapons? It would encourage you to get to the point you could craft max level gear so you could have one consistently and wouldn't have to downgrade when the one you looted breaks.
First off love this series. Second, could you list the name of the mods you use?
I found a level 6 pipe machine gun and it does 9 more base damage than a level 3 AK I found. Its a little crazy how a lower tier weapon could be that much stronger even with stat randomness and levels.

Sorry to disagree, but the magazine system, as an interesting take is to flawed and prone to very easy exploits, as Prebuild is demostrating in his run and even in mine, my main beef with it is that it relies to much in luck, i prefer to earn my levels doing tasks, if I mine or buld or salvage or run or cook , the rest of the update is very nice, including the new water dew colectors, the new stats for the mineral water are awesome, I also would like at least an extra mode slot for my tools or armor, one slot per level would be nice, the addition of REAL LEGENDARY weapons and tools or armor would be great so is really rewarding when you get them, but . . .what do i know i have only been playing games for over forty years.

The magazine problem is solved already. Fergettin' elixer is cheaper and more available this update. Allowing you to respec into other things once you've maxed your equipment.

How do you get the wasteland to look so bright and non gloomy?
I’ve been trying to get zombies to path on iron doors (temp until I unlock electric vault doors) and it always worked until Alpha 21. Not sure if anyone else using that base is having issues too but it’s frustrating. I wonder if it’s just a zombie pathing issue altogether since we are still experimental.
Check the player vending machine?
Is it worth it to try and level up multiple traders at once or just work on one at a time

I would like to suggest a block for you to play around with. Scaffold ladder…. Please folks upvote this so he sees. This block is great for a ton of things like grenade chutes also in place of hatches and such

isn't it better to use the shovel on gravel, when I would make a mining pit i always use the shovel to clear out the gravel sections that surround the ore
As far as collecting magazines they could make a weapon specific mod that can't be looted for collecting them all

To the magazine question/response. What if there was a trade in system like 5 of what you don't need for 1 of what you do. Or something to that effect.
High tier quest rewards are butt, a group of us play on Badplayers server, and the quest rewards for tier 5 and 6 are not worth poop.
