I really liked this because Oliver is probably one of the few people that knows how it feels for Barry that he can't save his mom knowing the kind of consequences it would have.
Oliver is a god, but his godly powers have a restriction where he can only intervene when the multiverse is in danger. Outside of that condition, he's simply an observer that sees all it's because he has so much power that he would disrupt the cosmic balance if he were to intervene outside of extreme circumstances like the multiverse being in danger

In my opinion, I don’t really like that Arrow show is resurrecting a lot of characters. There are way too many characters that were resurrected in the show, and that affects the emotions when we saw them die. So, I felt like Oliver shouldn’t bring them back.

I wish even Kara would have showed up maybe instead of Wally and she might be manipulated and Oliver and Barry fights her and get her back to sanity and in the end the trinity fight together for the last time

A lot of people aren’t thinking about this. But Oliver said that reviving his father would’ve been too much to alter reality. He’s basically saying that like Barry’s mother being killed by the Reverse Flash, Robert Queen’s suicide is a fixed point. It can’t be undone, it can’t be altered, it can’t be changed. Robert was always going to shoot himself in the head. Not just because that’s what a father would do to protect his child under extreme situations, but also there was no other way, because that is their fate. Robert’s destiny was to die. Just like Nora Allen.
