Russia is drawing attention over the suspected sabotage of undersea cables in northern Europe. Finland’s Coast Guard has seized a ship it believes had severed electric and Internet cables on Christmas Day.
A ship the European Union says is part of Russia’s “shadow fleet.”

Russia has many fake cargo or tanker vessels that are in fact military units. The world would be wise to track these ships and prevent them from entering european waters.

There are plenty of small patrol boat sized vessels in the NATO fleets. Send them out to watch every Chinese and Russian ship as they transit near cables. They can turn off their Identification systems but they can't hid a full size ship.
