I haven't tried it in release version yet because I'm enjoying my first playthrough so much ^^
TBH controller is arguably better in certain instances. Inventory, no.
But general ease of gameplay and moving characters and the camera, it's a lot more comfortable. UI is better too.
The sound effects are not well integrated. You can almost hear the sound board being pushed

Man the beards are suck a let down. Where are the Dwarven down to their knees beards?
Just skimming around the character creation. Land on 1:36:25. Blasted with aggressive Dwarf appreciation.
Larian really botched the voice options. Your options are "posh, British male" or "posh, British female." None fit a typical dwarf or half-orc. I'm hoping we'll get some other voice options with mods in the future.
ALT highlights things the game considers relevant that is within your character's line of sight. It won't show everything in a room because your character doesn't have line of sight to everything.
I knew your voice sounded familiar! I think I saw you in some of Pally's HotS vids! This should be fun. Only watching through prologue for now so I don't spoil my own playthrough (and I need a new computer before I can play), but excited to keep coming back to this.

Enjoyed watching for a good few hours. Didnt know much about the game. However, ended up buying it as only really buy a few select games to sink my teeth into. This game is interestingly fun and very complex, my kind of gaming and where thinking actually helps. Did figure out in the inventory you can actually pick up the Backpacks instead of just looting them and actually save stuff inside the backpacks, inside your inventory. That frees up a whole lot of space. Having 4 party members at the first Chapel is much easier than 3 fighting the people around there.

At the point you was surprised that you had been streaming for 6 hours, you had only gotten about an hour and a half into the game. maybe 2. basically your 8 hour stream was the same as 3 hours for other streamers. And yet I watched it all just the same .
This looks really good, an amazing effort by today’s standards not to have blown out micro’s, I won’t play as it isn’t my cup of tea for combat but I give it 9 sex with bears out of 10!
