  1. This cop is not being impartial. Hes also making unlawful threats and acting on behalve of bailiffs. He needs a complaint and he needs sacked for his abuse.
Even police need a warrant to be on property when implied consent is withdrawn.

  4. The paperwork is invalid. In fact it is fraudulent. It isn't signed by a judge, magistrate or other court official with the necessary legal authority to issue a WARRANT. In fact, the Warrant of control of goods is commercial. GOODS belong to a business.

The officers cannot adjudicate whether the paperwork is legal. They are not in the execution of their duties and have become complicit in criminal acts here.

We formally charge these parasites and criminals. Security by way of a lien on facebook.

  5. Police are only there to stop breach of the peace so they are wrong in what they are saying, bailiff needs to have a signed copy of warrant so it can be executed not on a iPad, canโ€™t take the car if itโ€™s on HP and they canโ€™t enter the house unless invited or my peace means canโ€™t use open window, Iโ€™m a ex bailiff and know the laws inside out

  6. All involved will be suspended. This is a civil matter. Police should never get involved unless things turn violent otherwise they are breaking the law which they are set out to enforce and protect.

  7. I've been in this situation myself, you can't withdraw consent when you want.
These laws are ( normally police) are by consent when a new parliament/ government is formed.
Bailiffs have no powers if you know the ins and outs……
This seems a civil matter over money, and is not a police job……… ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  8. Seven year's ago I purposely scratched a van that was parked on a public pavement with all four wheel's on the pavement, so's making me having to walk on the main road, cop's where called and no offence's were logged. Anyway two year's later a copper came to were I live and tried ! To get money from me to pay for the damage, I would say he was doing his duty outside of his remit.
I say "never trust a copper".

  9. A lot of people here who don't know what they are talking about. In this case, the copper is right. It is unlawful for anyone to prevent a High Court Enforcement agent from carrying out the instructions handed to them by the High Court. And the crap about court orders having to have a judge's signature, stamps, seals etc is total tosh. If anyone needs to check whether a person is a certified bailiff, they can check on line. The person seeking the certificate has to go through some serious vetting and finally appear before a High Court judge who will interview them before deciding whether or not to grant the certificate.
