I have heard a lot of people say they wouldn’t return to their favourite place, as they loved it that much. I used to think so if you loved it, why wouldn’t you return ? My favourite place in the world is Los Angeles ! I’ve been 5 times ! I love the shopping and walking along Hollywood Blvd at night.
My parents used to take us to all inclusive holidays, when I was a kid. I hated it as it was the same pizza, pasta, chips and burgers. This year my parents booked us to go to Bahia Principe Fantasia in Tenerife. I used to hate when they’d book me in the same hotel room as them. I got a rubbish view facing the kids slide and my parents room, you could see the castle. I ended up spending every night in my parents room.
I loved Bahia Principe Fantasia. The food is different, to other all inclusive hotels. I booked to go back in April and got an amazing room facing the castle. I loved sitting on the balcony at night drinking, till the castle light went out. We’ve been lucky and went a few times this year and got amazing views.
This time we got a room facing the golf course. It was too quiet to sit on the balcony at night. Then we got told there was a castle room available. When we arrived at the room you couldn’t see the castle for the tree. We then got moved to room 3406. You could see the castle, but it was still at the kids area. It just wasn’t like the views we had before. Also the sliding doors in the room was broken. The one near the balcony sat at an angle, so even when it was closed it was gapped. The other door did slide but was hard to pull like it came off the lining. It was frustrating as my mum gets up during the night and wanders and it was like being in the same room as her, as the gap on the door. I was too embarrassed to say to the desk about the doors being broken as I didn’t want to sound like I was complaining. Also the desk people don’t seem to understand English much, so it wasn’t even worth attempting to say. I ended up just accepting the doors not sliding well, even though you pay extra for the master room.
If you have kids you’ll love this room ! Room tour of 3406
All our other rooms from past visits I couldn’t fault. I did have a bad view, when I first visited – but it got better each time I returned. The ironic is I upgraded to silver this time and it seemed to go down hill this time.
I video the breakfast lunch and dinner food
