I stayed at the Bahia Principe Fantasia ( all inclusive hotel ) in Tenerife. I went with my parents and it was their anniversary and my mums birthday.
I went for a walk outside the hotel along the sea 
I had sausage, egg and beans for breakfask
I went to the snack bar and got a chicken burger and then went for lunch to the buffet
Dinner I got pork loin
Then at the sports bar I got coke and pizza
