  1. If you remember, the blue and green creatures that Princess Bubblegum was experimenting with were first shown in Season 4 "The Lich" where PB was cutting off their limbs with scissors and reattaching them to each other.

  2. 2:52 yea, she said that, but I'm pretty sure thats just her using a scare tactic to mess with LSP.

As u can see, it didn't, LSP made fun of her, and no war was brought to Lumpy Space.

And, u also have to think within the context of WHO PB and LSP are.

They are affiliated with their own respective kingdoms. They represent said kingdoms.

The fact that LSP knows this, and STILL decides to beat up PB, that just gives PB a real reason to declare war.

Heck, she didn't even bat an eye when LSP BROKE IN. Lets not forget that one time she bothered everybody in that one mystery episode.

Irl, u as a member of a royal family can't just start picking fights literally out of nowhere.

You're not some peasant, hundreds, maybe even THOUSANDS will die if you don't conduct yourself properly.

But again, no war actually happened. But if it did, PB has every right to declare war.

  3. 3:35 She wouldn't declare war to her kingdom because of that, she is not insane ,but it was the only way she might say sorry. Technically they sort of like friends (regular friends ) so she wouldn't at first put her in jail , because what she just do it's really bad. She the leader of a kingdom, she can have higher boundaries with her friends but she has to look up for stability of a whole kingdom. It's really stressful, more if you are a nerdy awkward and controlling frighting woman. And..yeah she isn't like friend . If the thing would go more , she would have probably obligated the lumpy kings to banish her daughter for a period of time and to say sorry.

  4. Nice job spotting Johnny in the border, there's people who miss him!

But yeah, def one of Adventure Time's more fascinating episodes-

LSP continues to be one of my fave characters (but dw I don't mind that you don't like her, being kinda off-putting is part of the poi t of her, after all)

But I like how this episode kinda shows this tragic dichotomy of LSP, like when she is not focusing on putting others down to went her teenage/young adult frustrations, she actually has a remarkable positive influence on people, like how she initially helped Johnny
But she's also emotionally insecure in a way where she usually ends up hurting folks instead

As for Bubblegum, I feel her threatening war on LSP was like, kinda her trying to have a teaching moment with LSP, a younger princess than her, to kinda remind her that her actions are not just reflecting on her, but potentially her whole kingdom

Considering later in the episode, where LSP has done much worse, PB has nothing but sympathy for her, I can't imagine her earlier threat was genuine

On that note I like how this episode pitted these two princesses "against" each other, them being kinda opposites, down to PB caring deeply about her duties as ruler, while LSP ran away from home years ago and hasn't really gone back

  5. Lsp is a metaphor for people like her are their own worst enemy. Destioned to destroy what they love by how they are.
If anyone is like this it will take a lot of true introspection and work to change. If first that person can realize they have a problem in the first place which is the first battle.

  6. A lot of people hate on LSP, but I gotta say I admire the certain degree of unmistakable resiliance about her. Like, sure, she's being super dramatic about everything all the time, but at the same time you never get the feel like she's depressed or down because of her circumstances, no matter how imaginary they are. She'll be totally pissed you're not paying her the attention a girl like she deserves one moment, but then she'll be fantasizing about something else with a smile on her face the moment after that. It's like deep down she never truly takes anything serious, even when she becomes a hobo. It almost feels sike her sassiness is basically her shield against being affected by what's really going on with her life.

Now Lemongrabs, those dudes are insufferable….

  7. The cyanide laced gum comment was a little intense but I think the implication was that he should take it to avoid being captured and tortured. Or other things. When raiders capture someone it usually doesn't end well for them.

Anyway it says something about PB's personality and life that she believes death is preferable to capture by raiders, but she doesn't really need him to "die for her country." Giving him the option as an alternative to capture is just a courtesy to her. A very extreme courtesy.
