  1. I just knew this would be beautiful when finished and it sure is! Great job! Speaking about years in your profession, I worked 9 1/2 years construction for a big company. I got married and having kids I needed benefits. So I applied to a cable company my dad worked for 26 years I think. I was hired on 3rd shift making copper cable. 2 years later that equipment was sold to Essex, which took over the plant in Texas, expanding it. I had 3 offers to move w the equipment and keep my mylar slitting job. I did not want to live in the center of Texas, (Brownwood) so I turned down the offers and moved into the fiberoptic plant I helped build years before as a bricklayer. After 35 years, I turned 62 and retired. Unlike my dad, I did not persue management positions, I did have one offer when we built a plant in Japan to eliminate shipping costs, which opened up positions in the office. I wanted to remain married to my family and not the company. Dad was always at work even when sitting in our living room. So for 35 years I clocked out and left the plant and went home, I didn't have any work follow me home! Of course I respected my dad for his commitment as I do you Tom, but that just wasn't for me. I did love my job. After nearly 5 years inside, tied to a machine, I got a job in shipping. I did what no one else wanted to do and got very good at it, outside all day loading flatbeds. Your job is mostly outside, some days, rainy and muddy and some days in a swimming pool! How good is that! I try to imagine grass and flower beds around the beautiful concrete yall just finished. Once a job, new huge square funky looking house, y'all put a big circle drive on, the house beside it y'all did years before and you took the camera over there and showed us, the aggregate walks impressed me the most. They were so beautiful! 35 years has turned you and your crew into quite the artists. Can't wait to see the next creation! Thanks!👍👌❤🇺🇸

  2. I can't believe you only have 34.2K subscribers. With all the awesome and informative videos you have produced. Who wouldn't want to watch a company that shows everyone how craftsmanship is still alive and well. Tom and crew my hats off to all of you for all the hard work you do on every site. Don't stop putting out these quality videos.

  3. Wonderful job guys. The best part is the camaraderie, not just a job that pays the bills. A good crew where everyone pulls their weight is more than just a business, it is an extended family. That is the secret.
    Congratulations for all of you.
