logi by sea, but let's not forget the morons on the colonial side that said water and navy hexes were 'useless' blaming those that denied the importance of water fronts and allowed Tempest, Fisherman's, Stema, and Fingers to all fall.
I was there the second time we Wardens took Scuttletown a little over two weeks into the war. I was there on that very peninsula as we began to lose hold of Scuttle. I watched as barges moved up and down the canal with logi trucks. I walked through the inactive tier 2 bunkers that were the beginnings of this peninsula fortress, I even denied some logi that was laying the groundwork for it. Had I known what a thorn in our side this base would become, I would have burned it down then and there.
When I returned a week later to Reaver's after having worked to secure most of Allod's, this peninsular fortress would become the centrepin of a half dozen defenses and counteroffensives for the collies, for two whole weeks we were repelled by this single fortress that denied us Scuttle over and over. For weeks I told my regi mates and comrades what a problem this base was and would be. And that all culminated in this final battle.
I was there in the wave of cutlers that broke the front defenses of this beast and cleared that desperate mass of pills behind it.
Alongside my NIGHT regi brethren, I helped install and man one of those two 150mm guns that finally brought this insufferable fortress low. Hell, I'm even the one who brought half the shells.
This base was my white whale, and it was so cathartic to be part of the finishing blow.
What a spectacular fortress Gibraltar was.
GG robert Join wardens and play on a real team. GG Posse Comitatus
Cutlers "balanced" as they should be. GG on holding as long as possible boys!
The War is now over.
The Colonials have been brought down by the Might of Callahan.
… It was fun! Same time next week? 😀
The moment the Silverhand were researched right at the start of the warden week-end was when he got our momentum.
Quite a few major regiment Colonial side decided to simply leave, letting the rest of the side trying to fill up the flanks. And it was basicly GG…
Kind of a shame really, because if they had stayed, you certainly would have been able to pull a come back. :/
you should change game,it will help you get better content.
Showing us old footage of the last war 2 weeks after the new one started. No point putting that one out.
on top of that u suck at the game, using anti tank ammo again infantry, what a loser
Collies lost the war, so sad, thought they would make a comeback for sure. GG.
Hope you get well soon, Robert.
I just got sick of having no supply on the colonial side. We'd always run of AT or something and have our backs against the wall waiting for the inevitable.
Videos are always good quality but need a little more riz’ in your voice lol keep up the good work otherwise!
Unfortunate to see the Colonials fall on Able but hopefully the Charlie Collies can defeat the Wardens
my friend told me that a box is harder to push when it is up against a corner
wise words
GG collie glory to glory to the warden Empire long live [night]
Im a warden main but I stopped playing this war when I saw we were winning, as this video showcases, losing is more fun than winning unless its a comeback war like 117 was
GG Wish I had the game. GO COLIES
never give up ✊
What faction will you be for war 120
First 60s of this video aged very poorly lol
Is it just me or do you sound a bit different this video?
i took this war off and im so upset i did lol
GG from a warden
We were the last tank standing, turned into basically an emplacement by the end of it, tho as the clips made it look like, we really were almost always repairing our Kranesca lmfao
Wow, you sound like you just smoked 5 packs of cigarettes o.O is this new mike or did you catch a cold?
BlueLaminate made a video about this the other day called "the siege of gibraltar"
Always fun to see multiple views of the same battle.
off-topic but are the gunfire sounds from insurgency sandstorm? they’re awfully similiar so I’m curious if they used the same library or your footage had modded audio :v
i love you i dont want to hate. soooooooooooooo much logy ive spread the love that war. this is alot of focus
That artillery plagued our team for days before it finally had to go. Until that base fell, the entire Warden advance towards Terminus was simply stalled … bravo the builders and those who defended it so magnificently.
Last stands are the greatest battles this game has to offer. Nothing feels better then holding on by a thread of hope
I was there on this fateful day, leading the men of the 20th Assault Grenediers as we fought until the last. Must we never forget.
This is like hellsreach.
HOLY SHIT THIS IS AWESOME! 0_0
Always been way to intimidated to give it a proper try, but these videos do make it seem tempting.
Another fantastic video, good story loved it~!
First time I’ve fought in one of the battles you documented, FINALLY.
I probably shot 100 rpgs into that conc you were repairing with my cutler. Glorious battle
Hi so i have the game but i never understood alot of it is there a wiki of tutorial video i can follow cuz battle field is dead and foxhole seems real fun
I don’t play this game fyi, but Isn’t it a resource waste to spend it on a last stand position that is theoretically no longer positionally advantageous?
