I’ve had them and from a small baby as well. they are parrotlets.
Parrotlet. If the have blue under the fathers and next to there eyes like eyeliner it’s a boy. If only green it’s a girl. I miss my lil boy and girl I had years ago. I named mine Skittles like the candy for the boy and Wednesday for the girl.
