In the driver's learner book it is a regulatory that vehicle of 16 tonnes and more are not allowed on suburbs that is why there is no gantry as you have seen. No trucks are allowed there at all.

It interesting that there was a huge gab in communication before this disaster occurred, the company could have taken the responsibility of communicating with fire 🔥 department and police directly, alerting them of a serious danger. Instead, it seems like they expected the driver to communicate with all other stakeholders
