  1. This military is a joke now. They shouldn’t have access to social media. It makes the US military look bad, look weak, and incompetent. Sure as shit our adversaries see this and are emboldened.

  2. I’m saying man , these officers be bs our enlisted than a mf. Much more discipline has to be instilled in the new generation of officers coming in. As for this situation a persons career shouldn’t be judged because they aren’t “ liked “ this person should’ve stayed calmed in the entire situation since their isn’t anything to hide. And yes people do get marked as AWOL for the littlest shit ever. It happens for sure.

  3. Wow, I was the 1980's US Army and in my wildest dreams i couldn't imagine telling the First Sergeant to get out of my face. That would have been a one way ticket to CCF. What happened to the Marine Corps???

  4. This is a series of bad decisions based on emotions that led to an unfortunate end. I really hope she learns from this and becomes a better person. Good luck, and just know you can recover from this.

  6. Nope the yelling thing is true. Our sergeant in machine guns was fired from platoon sergeant because he never yelled. They told him to either start yelling at marines or lose the billet

  8. I'll never understand how these people got past bootcamp. You're not by any means going to win against the Corps with that attitude. Just be a good Marine, give them an "aye aye sir" and finish your enlistment.

  9. Now, i take all this with a huge grain of salt. BUT! I do have experience with this kind of bias in the military. 1 officers that aren't mustangs or warrants, have no integrity. They will stab you in the back as long as it benefits their promotion 100% you can bank on that.
Had a soldier get hurt during a PT test, platoon sergeant, platoon leader and commander conspired to separate him because he tore his pectoral, but he went to all his apportionments, did his rehab and everything. Model soldier up until that point, but since he brought down the unit PT percentage, they wanted him gone. And no, i don't mean a medical discharge. General under honorable conditions.

Things you can look forward to in Air defense artillery. Don't ever go 14 series.

  10. New generation as a NCO we did not hang out with Jr. Marines. In Okinawa the Marines were playing tackle football I was on duty looked out the window. Walked out told everyone no tackle took their names and logged it. 1 hr later 1stSgt walked by stating why did we allow it, stated top I walked out told them no tackle “They said you said it’s good it was ok” showed him the log w/ a witness of staff NCOs who heard the conversation out their window cover your 6

  11. What a discredit and disgrace to the Corps. How did this Psychopath and narcissistic make it past Boot? Is this an example of how low they have dropped the standard? I’m so sick of this crap. It’s not just a job. It’s a commitment and mindset of devoting yourself to Serving your Country with Honor and Dignity. Two traits you are lacking. Still behaving like a child and throwing a tantrum like an infant. You were never a Marine and you will never be considered as such. You will be haunted by this childish behavior and no employer will tolerate your actions. Why are you giving this infant more exposure? This nonstop drama is not good for the Corps.
