This recap shows the outline for the live action series was great. Filling in the outline with bad dialog is where they lost it. I think more changes like have Azula older than Zuko but not first in line for being a girl. Then focus on more adult acting with good writing.

I’m a real avatar fan, I honestly think this love action remake wasn’t that bad. Was it better than the animated series, hell no. But it was nice for true die hard fans to watch something that wasn’t that terrible ass live action. I feel like the covered a lot , did it respectfully, idk what some of yall were expecting but they gave us something fun to renew the series and I fuck with it. STOP BEING SUCH PERFECTIONISTS!!! It not gonna be as good as the original simply because it’s the original. Duh

Just like One Piece, I understand the anime version is more in depth than the Netflix release. Same is said with this one. I get it. But both are still great and awesome imo. Besides that both shows are worth watching. Love em
