3) even more elaborate tailor made engagements to include: street theater skits/set ups/entrapment attempts using honeypots, neighbors, coworkers, mess with bank accounts, etc.
4) decomposition missions: more severe gaslighting to include: rape, assault & battery, poison, sabotage, (poke small holes in tires, slit tire valves or, sabotage oil line/loosen vehicle bolts to foment "accident")
5) electronic harassment…causes pain, seizures, stroke, arrhythmia, V2k, hallucinations, magnetic field of thoughts captured
6) death by DEW, staged accident or suicide
Impairment is standard fare in a state that decriminalized hard drugs. Can't fix stupid in Oregon.
