  4. Taking over Aus may not be hard, Keeping it would be another. HOw much of your armed forces you would need to patrol our size and coast. We take out Pine Gap and your military blind to half the planet. Be nice, go elsewhere๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ƒ

  5. We dont need all the artillery – we have venemous snakes, spiders, crocs and jellyfish to keep the enemies at bay. If they beat all of these, then they can shape up to our kangaroos – I would lay money on a 'big red' any day of the week (as would most Aussies – we would bet on 2 flies crawling up a wall, afterall). On the slim chance the enemy gets past the 'roos, the drop bears will get 'em!! BTW drop bears are fictitious (but dont tell the enemy) — — Congratulations on the birth of your son Jace — he is gorgeous!

  6. Our military is small and because of that the focus is on quality and multipurpose training. There's a reason our military budget ranks around 12th in the world and depending on whether Marles and Albo continue acquisitions like Scomo did, will increase further. Our budget is larger than most countries with militaries many times our size. Our military doctrine focuses mainly on defence with limited offensive projection beyond our borders although that may change, again depending on how seriously Marles and Albo take the threats of Chynah. Australia's geographic location, size and climate works in our favour and makes the thought of any invasion costly.

Just a heads up though, that video is fairly old for AUstralia. Australia will have 45 SPG's by 2025 and possibly MLRS sometime this decade depending on the variant and platform. As for the MLRS we may be getting HIMARS and/or NASAMS mounted on HAWKEI's depending on what our gubment decides. We don't have aircraft carriers we have helicopter carriers although they could be potentially converted to aircraft carriers if our gubment bothered to purchase F-35b's. Would make alot more sense but whatever. The video combined frigates and destroyers. We have 9 hunter class frigates on the way and 3 Hobart class destroyers. New patrol ships which are practically the size of corvettes and as for subs we don't know whats going on with them atm lol.

Also despite popular belief, USA would have no chance of invading Australia. USA might have a fancy pants military, but we have emu's. Check mate ๐Ÿ˜‰

  7. We would just destroy Pine Gap and ruin the US spy system. I can guarantee that if Australia was attacked, but Pine Gap was safe, The US would not come to our defense, OR it would demand that in exchange for defense, there would be open markets to American conglomerates here or similar. Or free rein to mine our minerals. The US left Great Britain, its supposed ally, to get destroyed by Germany for more than two years. Only after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbour did she go to the help of Europe. And Australia was bombed by the Japanese, with help from no other country. This crap about allies that America spouts was demonstrated graphically by the abandonment of the Kurds – American allies – to Turkey, by Trump. Yet she pretended to go in and save people in the Middle East – non-allies – in order to steal oil. Nobody can rely on the USA to help them unless there is a dollar or other reward in it for her.

  11. Congratulations on Jace, he is adorable.
One important element is that even if the US decided that it would attack Australia it would leave the rest of the world very very pissed at the US, and why would it be the US attacking Australia and not the other way around? Well it is a rather long list, but essentially Australia isn't Imperialistic.
