AtGames Pinball Micro : Small table – Big fun

I’ve always wanted a pinball table – but needed to wait for them to shrink first. Well that happened – so let me tell you what I think of the Atgames Legends Pinball Micro. Is it enough to fulfil my ‘pinball dreams’?

Q) Why are there comments from days ago when this video has just gone live today?
A) Patrons https://www.patreon.com/techmoan usually have early access to videos. I’ll show the first version of a video on Patreon and often the feedback I get results in a video going through further revisions to improve it. e.g. Fix audio issues, clarify points, add extra footage or cut extraneous things out. 1. I got mine for black Friday and yes I got the legs and it looks great. I'm very, very pleased with this. I wish I knew more about other table collections to buy more.

  2. This is not related to this video, but I just received my Bluetti EB3A portable power station. And it is possible to switch the AC output between 50Hz and 60Hz. I thought of you, as it may come in handy in testing some overseas equipment. The voltage on my EU model is 240V.

  3. You mentioned if you were just going to get just one full size one it would be a virtual one "with all the bells and whistles, hapticts, etc" does that mean it has physical mechanics in the case? Watching this I thought it was a real shame that it didn't have a plunger to launch the ball. I also thought it would be really cool to have real solenoids in the unit that fire every time a flipper or bumper activates. But I guess those would be more expensive features on a more expensive table.

  4. I just had a thought: 3D is pretty much dead at this point, but boy I bet a 3D virtual pinball machine would look fantastic. You could get really advanced and have a sort of eye/glasses tracking unit in the back board to change the perspective of the 3D objects.

  6. >>>>>> TILT<<<<<< Do they have a Tilt feature? I remember some earlier versions of Windows had Pinball Arcade with pinball games using the monitor and keyboard which was ok but not brilliant but brought back memories of when I was a teenager.

  7. I'm seriously considering picking this up. We've got the room for a full size table, but I don't see using it enough to justify giving up that space. Something this small seems like something that could be set to the side whenever we're not going to use it.

  8. Anybody who has a decent VR setup is going to have a blast with PC pinball programs that support VR. You get the 3D experience as well… if you have a headset like a Varjo Aero then the clarity is going to be close to real life. It's as close as you can get to the real thing without the real thing.

  9. Id buy one just for that Bubble Bobble game alone. I knew it was only a matter of time until digital pinball took off. I really enjoyed williams challenge on Nintendo Wii and Playstation as well as Zen Pinball for Android.
